Returns & Refunds
Every print is made when you order it, so I can’t take change-of-mind returns. What I can promise is that if something’s wrong with your order, I’ll make it right.
If it arrives damaged: If your print shows up damaged or there’s a printing defect, send me a photo within 7 days and hang onto the packaging. I’ll print a new one and ship it back out to you, free.
Made to order, so all sales are final: Each print is made specifically for your order, so I can’t take returns or exchanges if you change your mind or pick the wrong size or finish. If you’re not sure which to get, just ask before you order — I’m glad to help you figure it out.
Something wrong with your order?: Message me through the contact page with your order number and a few photos of the problem (and the packaging). I’ll get a replacement going as fast as I can.
Changing or canceling: Need to change or cancel? Message me as soon as you can. I can usually catch it before the print goes into production, but once it’s being made I can’t change it.
