How long until my print ships? Each print is made after you order it — roughly 1–2 business days for photo, 2–3 for metal, and about 8 for acrylic. Standard shipping is free and usually takes another 3–10 business days.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes — standard shipping is free anywhere in the contiguous US. The big 30" × 90" acrylic pieces ship by freight, so message me first for a quote (Alaska and Hawaii might need one too).
What if my print arrives damaged? Send me a photo within 7 days and keep the packaging. I’ll print a new one and ship it back out to you, free.
Can I return a print if I change my mind? Because each print is made to order, all sales are final. But every order is covered by the damage guarantee above.
What print types and finishes can I choose? Lustre photo prints (you can add a Gatorfoam mount), high-gloss metal prints with float-mount hangers, and limited-edition 1/4" acrylic prints with a French cleat. Metal and acrylic come ready to hang.
How big are the prints? Each fractal is a wide panoramic, roughly 3:1. Photo and metal come as 5" × 15" and 12" × 36". Acrylic adds a big 30" × 90". Pick the one that fits your wall.
What does “limited edition” mean on the acrylic prints? Each acrylic size is capped per fractal: 25 of the 5" × 15", 10 of the 12" × 36", and only 3 of the 30" × 90". Once a size sells out for a fractal, I don’t print it again at that size — the number on your Certificate of Authenticity is yours. Photo and metal prints stay open edition.
Do prints come with a certificate of authenticity? Metal and acrylic prints come with a Certificate of Authenticity I sign by hand, shipped separately. On acrylic it’s numbered within the edition. Photo prints don’t include one.
Are these AI-generated? No, these aren’t AI. Every piece is the exact output of a real formula I write and run, built up layer by layer. No prompts, no stock images.
Can I pay over time? Yes — you can split it into installments with Klarna or Affirm at checkout.
