How long until my print ships? Production takes about 1–2 business days for photo prints, 2–3 for metal, and around 8 for acrylic. Standard shipping is free and then typically takes 3–10 business days.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes — standard shipping is free anywhere in the contiguous United States. Large 30" × 90" pieces ship by custom freight, so please contact me first for a quote; Alaska and Hawaii may also need a quote.
What if my print arrives damaged? Every order is covered by a damage-free guarantee. If it arrives damaged or has a printing defect, email me within 7 days with a photo and keep the original packaging, and I’ll reprint and reship it at no cost to you.
Can I return a print if I change my mind? Because each piece is printed to order just for you, all sales are final. Every order is still fully covered by the damage-free guarantee above.
What print types and finishes can I choose? Premium lustre photo prints (optionally mounted on Gatorfoam), high-gloss metal prints with float-mount hangers, and 1/4" acrylic prints with a French cleat. Metal and acrylic arrive ready to hang.
How big are the prints? Each fractal is a wide panoramic, roughly 3:1. Sizes are 5" × 15", 12" × 36", and a 30" × 90" statement piece — choose the one that fits your wall.
